What’s the
JOURNEY TO SUMMER
about?

Book your spot for the 24th of September as we take you on a fun 12- week exercise journey of 1 hour workouts a day & various exercises with a personal trainer to get you body confident for summer.

Costs:

Only pay R1700 (R28 a session) for 12 weeks of exercise and the support & motivation from a Qualified Trainer.

FREE Flexi’s:

To help you organise your busy life whilst traveling, running after kids or on work deadlines, we have includes UNLIMITED flexi’s so that you can go to ANY ABC location or timeslot across South Africa.

All  you need to do is book when you want to go to any other location, other than the one you registered for.

When:

Your 12-week journey starts on *24 September – 14 December, every Monday to Friday for 1 hour a day.

We will take you on a fitness journey with various fun exercises to keep you motivated, and to get you looking & feeling confident, just in time for the summer holidays.

*24 September is a public holiday, but don’t worry we are open– if you are away, use this opportunity to go to any of our 60 locations across South Africa with your free flexi’s – we will notify you on the timeslot once you book your class.

Nutritional Advice:

Included in your package, you can join our qualified dietician Kim Hoffmann on a FREE webinar during the challenge, where she will share some of the secrets of how to start a healthy eating lifestyle.

  • First Webinar Session, Thursdays 26 September, 12:00 (local SA time)
  • 12 Sessions, 1 session per week
  • 60 minutes

Work out your own individualised eating plan

Topics covered:

  • The importance of stable blood sugar levels
  • Portions, portions, portions – food exchanges
  • What is your formula
  • The eating plan

Community of Women:

Join the exclusive Journey to Summer Facebook group for daily motivations and sharing the same experience with women across South Africa. (Note: Only paid members who joined the Journey to Summer will be accepted into this exclusive group). 

 

Outdoor Training:

What is better in summer than to be outdoors. With our outdoor locations, we give you safe & comfortable environment, to enjoy the outside & stay out of sweaty and uncomfortable gym environments.

What to
Bring?

An exercise mat, 2 x small hand weights (1.5kgs – 3kg), a water bottle, layered clothing and running shoes.
