Your 12-week journey starts on 23 September – 13 December, every Monday to Friday for 1 hour a day.
We will take you on a fitness journey with various fun exercises to keep you motivated, and to get you looking & feeling confident, just in time for the summer holidays.
Please note 24 September is a public holiday, but don’t worry we are open– if you are away, use this opportunity to go to any of our 60 locations across South Africa with your free flexi’s – we will notify you on the timeslot once you book your class.
