How does it
WORK?

Challenge dates:
The 40-day #BeatWinter challenge runs from 14May – 6July.  Your goal is to complete all 40-days. 

Cost:
Only Pay R930 for 2 consecutive boot camps. (Less than R24 a session) & stand a chance to WIN a R10 000 Takealot voucher (Wow)!

Starter Kit:
Get a starter kit when you sign up with an exclusive 40-Day Challenge gift. 

Select your Challenge: 
Choose to either lose weight or build your general fitness or strength .  We will equip you with a pre and post assessment, to help you track your progress.

Assessment:
On Day 1 & Day 40 of the 40-Day Challenge, we will have a pre and post assessment done at your boot camp location, where you can choose from centimeters measurements to fitness/strength assessments and track your results. 

FREE Flexi’s:
Because we know your busy schedules, you get 3 FREE flexi’s to make up your 40-Days.  We will allow 2 sessions a day to make up for any sessions missed (but we don’t recommend it). 

Qualified Personal Trainers:
For just R24 a day, you get daily fitness solutions and motivation from our qualified trainers.  Can you even get a coffee for that price anymore let alone 1 hour of hands on personal training? Bargain!

Eating Plan:
Receive an 8 week eating plan created by qualified dietitians from our nutritional partner Futurelife, to help you stay on track by being the healthiest version of you during winter.  Sticking to the diet or healthy eating will you give you the best results.
