Monday to Friday over a four week period

45 min to an hour – morning or evening

Unlimited sessions that you can mix and match to suit your schedule.

Workouts:
From cardio to toning abs, arms, legs to pilates or circuit training. No day is the same.

Unlimited Flexibility:
Unlimited flexibility with the ability to train nationwide

Fitness Level:
From fitness enthusiasts to beginners of all shapes and sizes

Lowest Rate:
Join us for 20 sessions at less than R31 per session for the next 4 weeks with our first ABCLiveStream camp.

What to bring:
Mat, small weights (1.5-3kgs), water bottle, running shoes & a towel
