How does it
WORK?

When:
Monday to Friday over a four week period

Duration:
1 hour a day – morning or evening

Packages:
Unlimited sessions which you can mix and match to suit your schedule either on a camp to camp basis, or with the Adventure Me
debit order option

 

Workouts:
From cardio to toning abs, arms, legs to pilates or circuit training. No day is the same.

Unlimited Flexibility:
Unlimited flexibility with the ability to train nationwide

 

Fitness Level:
From fitness enthusiasts to beginners of all shapes and sizes

Lower Rate:
No joining fees for either our camp
to camp option or our Adventure Me option. 

 

What to bring:
Mat, small weights (1.5-3kgs), water bottle, running shoes & a towel
