The ONLY thing standing between you and your goals…

“The ONLY thing standing between you and your goals is the BS story you keep telling yourself…”
I read something the other day that made me sit up and take notice: “The problem is, you think you have time.”


How true is that? How many of us put things off until tomorrow, next week, next month or for “when we have time”?

We are all guilty of it, ESPECIALLY when it comes to our health and fitness.

If you’re anything like me, you have a list of subconscious go-to excuses that make you feel slightly better in the moment – “I’m way too busy”, “I’ll workout this evening”, “I’ll start cutting down on sugar tomorrow”, I’ll workout every day next week to make up for doing nothing this week”, “there’s plenty of time before the summer holidays”, and “I haven’t worked out in so long that it’s too late now.”

And what’s SCARY is that we start buying into those excuses and believing they are facts!

It’s one of the many reasons our trainers and team here at ABC HQ are so passionate about our Journey to Summer Challenge with Multiply (24 September – 14 December).

We want you to FIRMLY COMMIT to prioritising your health and fitness for the next three months – to push aside your list of excuses and MAKE THIS HAPPEN BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR!

Because, to be perfectly honest, WE DON’T WANT YOU TO GET TO THE END OF 2018 feeling that you have let yourself down because you didn’t lose those extra kilograms, tone those wobbly bits before your beach holiday, or feel fit enough to run around and play with your children.

No more, okay?

No more putting it off and starting again and kidding ourselves with weak excuses – we are our own worst enemy!

So stop it! Stop buying into whatever story you are telling yourself.

Override it with ACTION!

You may not feel like it. You may be tired. You may come up with a whole list of new reasons why “it’s not a good time”.


There is no better time to devote 12 weeks to rebooting your eating, finding out exactly what your body can do, sculpt those abs and arm muscles that you’ve been longing for, and most importantly – feel amazing in whatever clothes you choose to put on each day!

So can we agree to stop buying into our sad and sorry stories and excuses, and instead SIGN UP and SHOW UP for the 12-week Journey to Summer Challenge with Multiply?

And if you’re in ANY DOUBT WHATSOEVER – visualise what you will look and feel like on Friday 14 December. Imagine finishing your last day of the challenge knowing that you DID it. Imagine the compliments from other people. Imagine feeling so comfortable in your own skin – knowing that you worked hard and that it shows!
