I read something the other day that STOPPED ME DEAD IN MY TRACKS.
“Don’t say “I’m too busy”; say “It’s not a priority” – because that’s the real truth.”
But the more I thought about it, the more I realized how true it is.
If it really IS a priority, I will find a way. If it isn’t, I will find an excuse.
And that’s the hard truth I want to share with you today.
That if being fitter, stronger, healthier and happier is really important to you, you need to MOVE from Point A (where you are now) to Point B (where your body can get fitter and stronger).
You can’t sit at home reading a fitness magazine– you have to MOVE from your couch to where you can exercise.
You can’t lie in bed at night imagining all the magnificent clothes you will wear when you have lost weight and toned your wobbly bits – you have to MOVE from your bed so you can begin working out.
The truth of the matter is that no-one else is going to get up each morning and commit to making you live a healthier lifestyle.
That’s up to YOU and you alone.
So if you don’t like where you are – MOVE.
You’re not glued to where you are. YOU HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE AT ANY POINT IN YOUR LIFE – you just have to MOVE.
