Anri de Kock
Anri is energetic, creative and always ready for a challenge. Her hobbies include swimming, rowing, mountain climbing and spending quality time with her family. She loves the outdoor concept that encapsulates the ABC brand and decided to join because she has a passion for being active and being a part of a community of people who are all striving to live healthier and fitter lives. For one year Anri worked as a Personal Trainer on a cruise ship, seven days a week. She describes the experience as an eye opener in which she learnt so much about life and the meaning of working hard. Anri has her Certificate in Personal Training from ETA in Boxing, Boot Camp, Pilates, First Aid Level 1 and she is a Spinning Instructor at Virgin Active. Her advice to her campers would be to train for 3-5 times a week, eat healthy, fresh food, drink 6-8 glasses of water and get 6-8 hours of sleep a night. Live a balanced lifestyle and feed your soul with fun times with your family and friends.
