Drive through the main gates and park opposite the hostel. You can also continue through the hostel parking lot and park at the side of the road between the two fields. We will meet at the club house.
Please remember to keep the parking bays facing the hostel free at ALL times. You are welcome to park in the parking bays facing the hockey fields or at the service road between the two fields.
Christopher comes with a lot of passion for people and fitness, as a qualified personal trainer he loves to inspire those around him to start their fitness journey. His decision to become a trainer was to help people grow, overcome their obstacles and to help them reach their full potential. On his time off he loves music, more fitness, reading & learning. An exercise mat, small hand weight (1.5kgs – 3kg), a water bottle, layered clothing and running shoes.
Order ABC apparel weights and/mat from your trainer.
