As you enter the gates of the park from the South side (road entrance Bill Peter's) we will meet on the field immediately to the right.
A qualified personal trainer with a competitive nature and overall love for fitness who is inspired by those that achieve and overcome obstacles against all odds. Jason enjoys spending majority of his time training in the gym and inspiring people to become fit and healthy. Married with two kids, Jason believes that the best way to conquer stress is too train harder. He also has a hidden talent for being an amazing pianist. Jason believes that the key to a healthy body and a healthy mind is the balance between fitness, some weight lifting and nutrition.

An exercise mat, small hand weight (1.5kgs – 3kg), a water bottle, layered clothing and running shoes.
