Systematic with a definite sense of fun and imagination, Paul will get you moving in ways you didn't think were possible. He sees training as a way to create something new and interesting with every exercise. And with a degree in physical theatre and a love of movement born from his passion of Parkour, your training environment will come to light with new possibilities that are both fun and challenging. Paul has been a personal trainer for the past 4 years, obtaining his certification from ETA and a parkour coaches certificate from Parkour Generations based in the UK. With his unique vision and training style that are in line with the Adventure Boot Camp experience, exercising will no longer become a chore, but rather a form of enjoyment.

An exercise mat, small hand weight (1.5kgs – 3kg), a water bottle, layered clothing and running shoes.
Order ABC apparel weights and/mat from your trainer.
Large change room/bathroom facilities. No showers.
