Due to the high demand for corporate wellness in the workplace, ABC offers a tailored package that is fun yet relevant to your employees’ personal and professional lives. Fit and healthy employees translate into reduced absenteeism rates and higher productivity levels - we therefore encourage you to implement our Drop-In class offering as often as needed.

What does our Corporate Package entail?

A one hour Drop-In class facilitated by a qualified fitness trainer that promises interaction, a mild workout and loads of laughter. Our offering is team-focused and we cater for all fitness levels, ensuring that no one is left out.

Please note: we do not specialise in team-building or event planning, our class simply adds a great dimension to your existing wellness day / team-building activities.

What we require from you:

• Classes can commence at any time of the day depending on your needs. Please advise us which time suits you best.
• You will need to provide us with the location. An outdoor grassy area is preferable but we also accommodate indoor classes and will work with the area available to you.
• Classes can be for women only or mixed - please advise which option you would prefer.
• The onus is on you to confirm attendance with your staff.
